What do these phrases mean?  How do they work?  Do they work?  Are there special equipment requirements?  Why would you want to use these pretreatments?  We will try to answer all of these questions and more. Included in the presentation will be a review of government and industry regulations and standards that are making these phrases commonplace in the finishing industry.
