8.  Troubleshooting Skills

This program is designed to teach troubleshooting skills that can be applied to a wide range of potential problems.  The presentation includes panel testing to quickly locate the source of a problem, (design of experiments), data gathering to build history to draw upon (record keeping and statistics), and additional in-depth methods of finding the root of problems and then selecting the best solution.  An interactive format with audience participation will assist participants in applying the concepts to real issues they face every day.
