suppliers to the finishing industry who choose not to exhibit on the FIN-X show

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL PARTY
Join us for an evening of fun on Monday night,
September 17 for a Monday Night Football Party
in the Indianapolis Colt’s Touchdown Club! Just
steps away from our exhibit halls, the Touchdown
Club is the perfect place to enjoy tailgate food
and drink while watching the Monday Night game
on TV with industry friends. Ticket price

All proceeds from this event will go directly to the New Orleans Math & Science School to help underwrite their math & science activities as they continue to recover from Hurricane Katrina.

CAMERA USE
You must have a press badge or have prior
written approval to use a camera on the show
floor. If you use a camera without
permission, you will be escorted off the show
floor and your badge will be confiscated.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For conference
registrations, we will issue a full refund less
a $25 processing fee if registration is
cancelled in writing prior to August 24, 2007.
Half refund less a $25 processing fee thereafter
if registration is cancelled in writing prior to
September 7. No Refunds will be given for
cancellations after September 7, 2007. Name
substitutions will only be accepted for
Conference Registrations and must be submitted
in writing on company letterhead. NO
cancellations or substitutions will be
accepted for Exhibit Only Registrations.
NON-EXHIBITING SUPPLIER
ADMISSION POLICY
Suppliers to the finishing industry who choose
not to exhibit on the FIN-X show floor are
welcome to attend under the following policies:
- Non-exhibiting suppliers are limited 5 individual registrations from the same company.
- The exhibition fee for non-exhibiting suppliers is $200 per person.
- Non-exhibiting suppliers are not eligible to purchase session passes to the conference. They may purchase one-day or full conference registrations.
FOOD
SERVICE
Lunch is included in the fees for
Full and One-Day Conference attendees only. Lunch is not included for
exhibit only attendees,
session attendees or exhibit booth personnel. Concessions on the show
floor will offer sandwiches, hamburgers and hot dogs for those not registered
for the conference. Non-conference attendees also have the option of purchasing
the full lunch provided to the conference attendees.
Lunch is $25 per day (includes tip and tax) and include:
Tuesday Fajita Buffet –
Chicken, beef, black bean salad, refried beans, rice, tortillas, accompaniments
and dessert
Wednesday Italian Buffet – Grilled vegetable antipasto salad, classic Caesar salad, cheese tortellini, Italian sausage with peppers & onions; roasted red potatoes, sautéed summer squash, bread sticks & butter, and dessert
Thursday Deli Sandwich & Soup Buffet - Assorted sliced lunch meats & cheeses, garden salad, pasta salad, cole slaw, soup, bread & deli rolls, assorted condiments, and Chef’s sweet dessert table.
All lunches include coffee, tea, iced tea or water.
Tickets MUST
be pre-purchased on the registration form by the pre-registration date and will
not be available on-site as all lunches in this area must be pre-ordered.
GETTING AROUND
INDIANAPOLIS
Downtown Indianapolis is a
walking city. The convention center, our
host hotels and a variety of restaurants and
shops are all within easy walking distance of
one another. There is no need to rent a
car unless you are not staying in downtown
Indianapolis
area.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Carey Indiana provides reasonable transportation
from the Indianapolis International Airport to
all FIN-X '07 hotels in downtown
Indianapolis. Cost is $12 one way for
Share-A-Ride service. For complete information

to make reservations and to get instructions on
using Carey Indiana. Cab fare from the airport
to downtown is approximately $20 - $25 one way.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Hotel Reservations will be handled by the FIN-X
'07 Housing Bureau based in Cincinnati,
OH. ALL hotel reservations will need to be
made directly with the housing bureau to obtain
our group rates. Individual hotels will
not be able to accept reservations for FIN-X '07. Hotel reservations will not
be accepted unless you are registering for the
Conference and/or Exhibition.
PRIZE GIVEAWAYS
All paid registered attendees (not employed by
an exhibiting company or non-exhibiting supplier) will receive raffle
tickets making them eligible for a variety of
great prizes to be given away each afternoon on
the show floor. Prizes will be given away
beginning at 5:45 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday,
and 1:45 PM on Thursday. You MUST be
present to win the prize so be sure to book your
travel arrangements to allow you to stay through
the close of the show on Thursday.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is prohibited in the entire
Indiana Convention Center. This includes
all public spaces, meeting rooms and the exhibit
show floor.
SOLICITING BY NON-EXHIBITORS
Non-exhibiting companies and employees
are restricted from any type of solicitation on
the FIN-X '07 show floor, in
conference sessions and in the Indiana
Convention Center. Badges will be
confiscated from anyone violating this rule.
WHAT TO WEAR
Fall in Indianapolis is quite comfortable.
Temperatures can be expected in the mid to low
60's. We recommend business casual for the
conference and exhibition. Be sure to bring a
jacket for cooler evenings.
